New French oak is complemented by American cherry wood, bringing lifted aromatics and character while preserving the wine’s warmth, finesse, and varietal purity. White Sheep is the lighter, more refined counterpart to our Black Sheep Pinot Noir, silky where the Black Sheep is brooding and elegant where the Black Sheep is bold.
