Our newest addition to the Truett Hurst collection! Enticing aromas of ripe Bing cherry, blackberry, and rich toasted oak introduce this bold Cabernet Sauvignon. On the palate, layers of dark chocolate and juicy plum unfold, complemented by elegant vanilla oak. A structured yet approachable wine with moderate tannins offering a smooth, lingering finish to this well-rounded inaugural vintage, that will only get better with age. pH: 3.61 TA: 5.5 Oak: 50% New French Oak
